Welcome to Cheesy Track Days

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the motorcycle track day event organized by Cheesy Track Days, I, the undersigned participant, hereby agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:

I acknowledge that motorcycle riding on a closed course presents inherent risks, including but not limited to: collision, falls, equipment failure, personal injury, and death. I understand and accept full responsibility for the risks involved in this activity, whether caused by my own act*

2. Release and Waiver of Liability:

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Cheesy Track Days, Brandon Faust, Jacquelyn Stong, the venue owner/operator, event staff, sponsors, or volunteers, (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in or traveling to/from the event.*

3. Motorcycle and Property Damage:

I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any damage to my motorcycle or personal property that may occur during the event. I release the above-named Releasees from any responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to my motorcycle, gear, or other belongings.*

4. Medical Treatment:

In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorize Cheesy Track Days staff or representatives to seek medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred.*

5. Insurance:

I acknowledge that I am responsible for maintaining my own health and motorcycle insurance, and that Cheesy Track Days does not provide such coverage*

6. Compliance:

I agree to follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by the event organizers and track staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the event without refund.*
